Bookkeeping Services
So you do not have the stress, YPM does monthly or periodic or annual bookkeeping. The work is always done on computer. Either we do it at YPM or on your computer or a combination (you input some information,YPM does the more complex work). As always, we find the service that fits you best.
Our bookkeeping services include bank reconciliations and payroll. Many of our clients bring in receipts, permits, deposit books and bank statements, then YPM does their GST and tax calculations.
Using our bookkeeping services guarantees you the peace of mind of accurate and regular GST calculations and financial statements. Also, since we have all your figures, we are able to process your year-end work very quickly.
Year-End Services
• Financial statement preparation and collaboration
With you, we take a look at your records and adjust them to make accurate financial statements. Depending on your needs, there are three levels of financial statements:
1) Audits: very thorough and legally required
2) Reviews: when you need a statement that has added checks for the plausibility of your results
3) Compilations: putting together your numbers
• Corporate taxes
• T4 and T5 wages and dividend statements
