Personal Biography: I have always loved math and problem solving so the obvious choice would have been to be a math teacher, but I am an introverted person. Large classrooms make me very uncomfortable. Accounting is more one on one with the client and the documents and thus is more manageable for me.
Hobbies/Interests: I took dance classes for 10 years at Dance Images but had to stop due to conflicting schedules with teaching gymnastics in Foremost.
I started Module 1 of CASB (Chartered Accountant School of Business) in October 2008 and thus don’t have much time for leisure activities now. I do, however, still have time to read my fantasy/science fiction novels every now and then which helps me unwind after a long night of homework.
Credentials: I graduated at the University of Lethbridge with my Bachelor of Management in Accounting.
Strengths: I enjoy working with everyone in the office. We have fun which makes going to work a joy. I also enjoy the math aspect of the job. Problem solving is something that relaxes me and thus gives me a break at work to relax even though I’m still working.
