Personal Biography: My wife Jeannette and I have six children. I’ve enjoyed accounting since high school. I’ve worked in a Senior Management position as Finance Director for four years. I opened the Taber office of YPM in October 1994, have been involved in numerous community organizations and on community boards and continue to be very involved in the community.
Hobbies/Interests: Boating, skiing, golf, doing anything with my children and wife. I like to watch my children swim competitively, play football and participate in school sports. I like listening to my children sing, dance and play piano and other instruments. I also like to travel.
Credentials: • Bachelor of Management (with Distinction) - University of Lethbridge
• Chartered Accountant designation in 1989
• Vic Dzurko Honor Roll 1988
• Won the Richie Paterson Memorial Award for the highest standing for the Lethbridge area on CA final examination 1988
• Alberta Silver Medalist in financial accounting 1986
Strengths: I like working with people and helping to solve problems. I enjoy being part of a great team and having fun at work, at home, and with clients.
