The 2010 MS Walk

This weekend our Director of First Impressions, Cynthia Mansfield will be participating in her 11th MS 10k Walk.  Cynthia was diagnosed with MS in 1998 and participated in her first walk the following year.  She does an amazing job raising funds each year and has raised over $4,700 for this year’s walk.  We are in awe of Cynthia’s effort and enthusiasm for this cause but we are not surprised as she brings this same effort and enthusiasm to our team.   Good luck Cynthia – we wish you a sunny day and a great walk!

Tax Season Fun

We have fun – it is part of our Mission Statement.  So, how do we make tax season fun?  First, we recognize that we are all facing an increased workload and we approach it with a positive attitude.  We throw in stress relievers such as massages, ping pong, buzzword bingo, snacks and a Mexican Fiesta night hosted by our Partners. Our team members support one another by sharing the load and recognizing each another for the great work they are doing.  We top it off with an “April 30th Celebration” and a day off.  We appreciate that even though we are going to be busy, it is a great opportunity to provide training, hone our coaching and mentoring skills and continue learning.
